Ingredients for 4 people

400 grams of white chicken longaniza

250 grams of mushrooms

2 onions

Homemade Chicken Broth

Olive oil

White wine

Black pepper, salt, mustard


1. We clean and chop the mushrooms and peel and cut the onion into pieces.

2. Add the onion to a casserole with a splash of extra virgin oil and after five minutes add the mushrooms, the chicken broth and a splash of wine. We cover the casserole and let it cook, stirring from time to time.

3. Once the mushrooms are done add a tablespoon of mustard, a little pepper and salt and mix well.

4. Add to the casserole the pieces of sausage that we have previously cut and cover the casserole and let it cook. I move the casserole so the food doesn't stick.

5. When the sausages are cooked and there is almost no broth left, remove from heat and serve.
