Stuffed turkey breast
- 4 turkey breasts
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 8 slices of emmental cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Salt
- Dried oregano
- Olive oil
1. Open the turkey breast in the shape of a book. Then flatten and add salt and pepper.
2. Fill each turkey breast with 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham. We can also make the turkey breasts with another stuffing, like vegetables.
3. Roll the meat and close the curl with a wooden stick. We can also help with transparent paper, or tie the breast with kitchen thread.
4. Cocolar the breasts rolled in a baking tray, and add the olive oil and the dried oregano.
5. Stuff the stuffed turkey breasts in the oven at 170ºC for 20-25 minutes.
To accompany the stuffed turkey breasts we can add mashed potatoes or vegetables.
