1. Peel the prawns. Peeled doe tails can also be used.
2. Put a little oil in a frying pan, add the prawns or tails and turn them over and over. We withdraw.
3. In that same oil add the garlic, parsley and chilli pepper, all very finely chopped. Stir carefully so that the garlic doesn't burn.
4. Add the cider, let it reduce and add the fried tomato. Let everything cook together and when we have the sauce ready, add the prawns or tails and let them cook for 1 minute so they don't overdo it and they remain juicy.
