Chicken flamenquins

50 gr. Roquefort cheese

100 ml of liquid cream

Ground black pepper

Bread crumbs


Olive oil


1. We add the cream in a frying pan. Then we add the cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook over low heat so that the sauce thickens.

2. Fry the flamenquins in a frying pan with plenty of oil until they are golden brown.

3. Once they are well browned, we remove all the excess olive oil.

4. We serve the flamenquins and sprinkle them with the roquefort sauce.
