Cod “Al Lagareiro”

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 4 slices of cod
  • Bicolor pepper in strips
  • Julian Onion
  • Peppercorns
  • Salt
  • Laurel
  • Oil
  • Sherry vinager
  • Fillet garlic
  • Black olives
Preparation

1. Grease the plate with oil where the cod goes. In a separate pan part fry the peppers and onions and reserve them for later.

2. In the same plate that we had placed the cod, add the peppercorns, the bay leaf and the salt.

3. Peppers and onions will be incorporated spread over cod.

4. We pour a trickle of water and put it in the preheated oven at 180 º C for 25 minutes or so.

5. In a separate pan, add the oil and fry the fillet garlic. When the garlic is cooked, add the sherry vinegar.

6. Once the cod is done, we add the garlic and sherry vinegar that we have cooked previously. Finally we add the olives above.
