CHICKEN MEATBALLS WITH BEER


A tray of chicken meatballs
200 ml homemade chicken broth
200 ml beer
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, bay leaf, ground cumin, dried thyme
1 clove garlic
Ketchup
1 onion

1. Chop the onion and garlic into thin strips. We poach in a pan with a little olive oil. Later we add the tomato sauce, the bay leaf, the chilli, the cumin and the thyme and we turn to mix everything well.
2. Add the beer and once the alcohol is evaporated add the chicken broth, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for about ten minutes.
3. Place the meatballs in the broth and cook everything together for another 10 minutes.
