Chicken meatballs

- 20 meatballs
- Parsley
- One onion
- 250g mushrooms
- Flour
- Chicken stock
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200ml white wine
- We coat the meatballs in flour and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. We then set them aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
- In the same pan, we remove a little oil and fry the chopped onion. When it's soft, we add a tablespoon of flour and stir it in to toast it slightly.
- Next, we add the mushrooms and let them release their liquid. We add the white wine and let it reduce.
- Once the wine has reduced, we add the meatballs and cover them with stock. We simmer it over medium heat for 10 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- We sprinkle on some chopped parsley, and the chicken meatballs are ready.
Serve it with some rice and you're all set!
