CASSEROLED CHICKEN WITH TUSCANY SAUCE

Ingredients for 4 people

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

4 boneless chicken breasts

300g cherry tomatoes

675g baby spinach

120ml cream

25g parmesan cheese

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon dried oregano

3 tablespoons of butter

3 garlic cloves

Lemon slices

Preparation
  1. Calentar el aceite. Salpimentar el pollo y añadir orégano a la sartén. Cocina las pechugas hasta que se doren, durante unos 10 minutos aproximadamente. Retira de la sartén.
  2. En la misma sartén a fuego medio, derretir la mantequilla. Agrega el ajo y cocinar durante 1 minuto. Agrega los tomates cherry y mantener en el fuego hasta que comiencen a estar blandos, luego añadir las espinacas y cocinar hasta que se pochen.
  3. Agregar la nata y el queso parmesano y lleva la mezcla a fuego lento. Bajar el fuego y cocina hasta que la salsa se reduzca ligeramente. Por último, echar de nuevo las pechugas de pollo a la sartén y cocinar hasta que estén completamente calientes y cocinadas, durante unos 5 minutos más.
  4. Sirve añadiendo rodajas de limón en el plato.
