SAUTÉED VEGETABLES
1 kg of vegetables for sautéing
3 cloves of garlic
Salt, olive oil and paprika
-
Cook the vegetables in salted water and when they are cooked, drain them and set them aside.
-
Put the oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the sliced garlic. Remove from the heat to cool the oil a little and add the paprika. Leave to fry gently, so that the paprika does not burn, and add the vegetables that we had prepared previously and bring the whole mixture to a boil.
We offer you the traditional stir-fry marketed by Topgel.
