24 large prawns

Onion

Olive oil

Curry

Coconut milk

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

1. Clean the prawns, remove the heads and peel the tail.

2. With the heads and the shells of the tail, put oil in a pan and sauté well, add a little water, let it cook and blend well with the blender, strain the broth and reserve.

3. Mark the prawns in a pan, remove. Add a little more oil to the pan and sauté the onion, very finely cut, and fry it well. We put 1 tablespoon of curry, add the coconut milk and the broth that we have reserved.

3. We let everything cook a little and when we think it is done, add the peeled prawns and cook in the sauce for no more than 2 minutes.
