Honey chicken drumsticks

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Cayenne
- Ginger
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Brandy
1. Macerate the chicken drumsticks, in a mixture that we will prepare with oil, lemon, salt, 2 crushed garlic cloves and a pinch of ginger powder.
2. Let macerate for at least three hours.
3. After that time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
4. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish, water with a splash of oil, put in the oven and after about 5 minutes add the honey and brandy to the maceration and water the chicken with all this.
5. Cook for about 30 minutes by lowering the oven to 180 degrees.
6. Click to check if it is done and then sprinkle with a little parsley. If it is not at its optimum cooking point, raise the temperature a little and wait a few more minutes.
