Creamy chicken breast

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ onion
  • 250 ml heavy cream or cooking cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and brown them on both sides until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Mix well to combine with the chicken and onion.
  5. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is well coated.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese at the end for a unique and delicious flavor

 

Serve with steamed vegetables or rice, and enjoy!
