Chicken flamenquins

250 gr of mushrooms

Half a glass of white wine

100 gr of spinach

A glass of chicken broth

1 onion

1. We fry the chicken flamenquins in abundant oil and let them rest.

2. In a frying pan with very little oil, brown the finely chopped onion and add the filleted mushrooms. We stir everything well so that the flavors come together.

3. Pour in the wine, the chicken broth and the spinach and cook everything together for about ten minutes.

4. Add the chicken flamenquines to the sauce and heat it all together. And they are ready to serve.
