Ingredients for 4 people
  • 1 packet of corn tortilla
  • 100 g fried tomato
  • 75 g onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • White pepper powder
  • Cayenne in chicken
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Chicken Cumin
  • 250 g chicken breast in strips
Preparation

1. In a pan, sauté the chicken tenderloin cut into strips over low heat so that they do not dry out.

2. Cut the onion into small pieces, saute without burning, and add the garlic.

3. Once all the above has been poached, add salt to taste, paprika, white pepper and spices. If it is too thick we can add a little water.

4. Add the fried tomato and let it cook a little.

5. Crumble the chicken into very small pieces, and add them to the previous mixture.

6. Fill the fajitas with this mixture.
