AGAINST GRILL IN VEGETABLE SAUCE


Against chicken grill
150 grams of sliced mushrooms.
1 carrot, 1 onion and 2 garlic.
A handful of nuts, to choose.
Fresh parsley
Olive oil, flour, black pepper and salt
White wine.
1/2 tablet of chicken concentrate.
Olive oil.

1. Salt and pepper and lightly flour the counter grills. Later we fry them with a little oil in a saucepan until they are golden brown. We take them out and let them rest. In that same oil, fry the onion a little until it is well poached.
2. We crush the garlic and fresh parsley well in a mortar with a pinch of salt and the handful of nuts that we have chosen. Once it is well crushed we add it to the onion and sauté.
3. Add the white wine and raise the heat to evaporate the alcohol. Incorporate the chicken counter grills and cover with water.
4. To that same pot, add the mushrooms, the peeled and sliced carrot. Later we add the chicken concertado pill to give it more flavor. We will cook over medium heat for 40 or 50 minutes, until the chicken is just right.
5. We serve hot.
