TRACEABILITY: The computerized management of product ins and outs generates the necessary registers to bring the traceability of each product on the invoice.
- Poultry traceability: Lot and traceability identificated in labels and invoices. All the product labels have EAN 13 codes tray units included. Inclusion posibility of EAN 128 code in boxes even with trays content at the clients disposal. The lot shows the product manufacture. From which can be obtained data from: itīs origin (Farm, Avicultor.), birds (Age, Weight.), product (Shortages, Livers.) and process (Waiting Time, Temperature). From this same lot and the diferent documents we can get the information of our farms, incubator plant and given food (Animal feed), even knowing the mothers of slaughtered poultry.
- Refrigerated and Frozen products traceability: The PO.O.GC.75.31 process "Identification, Traceability y Inspection States" describes our good work in the robotic cameras, that controls the destiny and provenance of all the produts through associated lots to the load note and at the buy invoice through the delivery note number and code bar labels. - Remove the Product from the Market: As a precaution, Oblanca has also a procedure ET.H.GC.75.31.05 "Remove the Product from the Market" describing, through our traceability information, the action, in the need to remove a product from the market when an anomaly is detected after the sale.
